THIRD‑PARTY SYSTEM FEES

ACTIVITY / EVENT
For the purposes of this refund policy regarding any entry right or ticket purchased:
Any entry right that has been validated at the event or activity entrance on the day of the event by a member of our organization cannot be refunded.
Any refund request submitted more than 48 hours before the date of the event or activity will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis.
Any refund request submitted after the date of the event or activity will be automatically refused.
