The organizers reserve the full right to intervene and take any measures deemed necessary to maintain a safe, orderly, and respectful environment.

Access to the event is conditional upon presentation of valid identification confirming the participant's age. Failure to provide a valid official document may result in refusal of entry in accordance with Otaku Rave's admission policies.

Tickets must be purchased exclusively through the official Otaku Rave website. Before making a purchase, users must verify that the ticketing page is from Otaku Rave or the authorized vendor, Animation PR. Any purchase made on an unofficial website is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

By purchasing a ticket, the participant consents to being photographed by the official Otaku Rave photographers, identifiable by a badge. This consent covers all photography taking place in the public areas of the event, in accordance with the rules and practices of the organization.

Each ticket includes access to the cloakroom, allowing participants to store their belongings at no extra charge. The receipt issued upon deposit must be kept to facilitate the retrieval of your belongings. Otaku Rave accepts no responsibility for any items deposited, whether registered or not, including their loss, theft, or damage.
