Thank you for your interest in Otaku Rave! We are delighted to welcome creators, artisans, and merchants who wish to be part of our world. Due to high demand and the limited number of available spaces, registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
This procedure ensures a fair allocation of spaces while allowing the fastest exhibitors to secure their place at the night market. We therefore encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible to increase your chances of securing a spot for this year's event.
🛒 Essential information for merchants
💠 Space and Equipment
One table is provided (maximum 2 per merchant).
Lighting not included - you must bring your own light.
Extension cords can be provided if needed.
💰 Pricing
50$ per table, taxes included
Maximum: 2 tables per merchant
📅 Registration period
Applications are accepted until the last Monday of the week preceding the date of the event or until all tables are reserved.
🎨 Accepted products
Priority given to artisans and merchants related to:
Anime
Video games
Otaku culture
18+ products (e.g., explicit posters) are permitted with censorship and must respect the theme of the event.
🔊 Important: Market Location
Your vendor space will be located in the same room as the rave. The area is set up to minimize noise, but you'll be right in the heart of the action.
